Restrictions related to the pandemic have caused the housing market to slow down, but that does not mean that it froze. There are owners who need help in handling their real estate transactions and there are actually more such people, because of the short-term rental market and the large supply of flats in this segment, but at the same time I deal with the customers responding to real estate offers. The fact is that the expectations of these people have increased in the hope that the oversupply of apartments will allow them to choose a higher standard apartment, in a better location or on better conditions.
